Provided a Construction Traffic Management Plan for the refurbishment and extension of Plumstead Library, Plumstead High Street, Plumstead, London. The Construction operation required a ‘pit lane’ capable of accommodating large HGV delivery vehicles. 

Due to the narrow width of Quilter Street, the proposed pit lane facility reduced the carriageway to single lane operation. Through liaison with London Borough of Southwark a temporary one-way Temporary Traffic Order and pedestrian diversions were agreed to accommodate the narrowing of Quilter Street.

A corresponding road works design and logistics plan was drawn up to facilitate the one-way temporary traffic order.
