Bright Plan provided highway design and transport planning advice and assessment for a large-scale commercial development proposal at Plots 1 to 5 Chichester Business Park. Bright Plan prepared a Design Assessment, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan services to support the proposal.

Onsite gradients were such that a robust assessment of the gradients had to be provided using detailed contouring to demonstrate appropriate operation and compliance to design standards within the site. The site achieved full planning consent on the 18th of October 2019.
